The digital asset landscape is notoriously high-friction, often creating a steep barrier to entry for small-to-medium businesses. Inabit was conceived to dismantle these hurdles. My objective was to translate intricate blockchain workflows—such as multi-signature treasury management and real-time asset reporting—into a frictionless experience for users with varying technical literacy. As the lead designer on this initiative, I spearheaded the end-to-end transformation of the platform. I focused on aligning the mental models of traditional finance with the capabilities of Web3, ensuring that "complex" never felt "complicated." This involved architecting a scalable design system from the ground up and defining a brand identity that projects the security and stability essential to the fintech sector. By prioritizing clarity and cognitive ease, we empowered SMBs to manage digital assets with the same confidence as traditional fiat currency.
