Crowded is the only compliance-first CFO suite designed specifically for the unique regulatory landscape of nonprofits. As the lead designer, I was responsible for transforming a fragmented back-office experience—spanning collections, budget allocation, and IRS e-filing—into a unified, automated ecosystem. My focus was on "verticalized efficiency," ensuring that treasurers could achieve financial stability without the overhead of manual administration. I spearheaded a high-impact overhaul of the Onboarding and Collect features, the platform’s primary growth drivers. By integrating IRS Master File data, I successfully redesigned a high-friction, multi-step process into a streamlined "Aha!" moment, drastically reducing user drop-off. Simultaneously, I architected a White Label infrastructure. This plug-and-play solution utilizes a sophisticated variable-based system in Figma to support limitless brand variants—controlling color palettes, typography, and corner radii—directly enabling API sales to new institutional clients.
